Q: I am going to pay cash for the limo service. Do you still need my credit card information?
A: We must have your credit card info on file to hold your booking. We also need to make sure that you are thoughtful about your reservation.


Q: How much is standard gratuity?
A: Standard gratuity (tip) is 20%.


Q: Do you automatically add gratuity to my bill?
A: For all prepaid trips, we add 20% gratuity.


Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Please read Terms & Conditions.


Q: What types of credit cards do you accept?
A: We currently accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, JBC and Diners Club.


Q: How soon in advance do I need to book my reservation?
A: Please book your limo at least 24 hours prior to your transportation date. If you need a car less than 24 hours, please call our office.


Q: Will you charge my credit card if my flight gets delayed?
A: No. We do NOT charge waiting time for any flight delays. As long as we have valid flight information, we know about your delay. We monitor all flights for any delays/cancellations. Just call our dispatch at (773) 774-1074 or (877) 732-4564 upon landing and collecting your luggage.


Q: My luggage is lost. What should I do?
A: Please let us know that you arrived and your luggage is lost. Call our dispatch at the numbers above.


Q: My arriving flight will be canceled. Are you going to charge my credit card?
A: No. As long as we have your valid flight information on file, we know about your flight cancellation and are able to reassign our car to another job. When your flight is canceled, please call our dispatch at (773) 774-1074 to reschedule your flight.


Q: My departing flight was canceled. Are you going to charge my credit card?
A: As long as your car has not been dispatched, we do not charge your credit card when your departing flight is canceled. It is CRUCIAL to call our dispatch as soon as possible when you find out about the cancellation. If your car has already been dispatched (averagely 60-90 minutes before scheduled pick-up time) and you cancel your reservation, we will charge your credit card a cancellation fee (min of $35 to compensate our drivers and cover gas expenses. If your car has already arrived at pick-up location at scheduled pick-up time and you cancel your reservation, we will charge your credit card the full amount.
